The opposition in Punjab has announced the establishment of a hunger strike camp, following similar actions at the federal level. The camp is set to take place outside the Punjab Assembly from 3 pm to 7 pm starting tomorrow. Opposition Leader Malik Ahmed Bhachar revealed that the symbolic hunger strike aims to protest the release of PTI founder Imran Khan, the arrests of social media activists, and the surging inflation. "This camp is our stand against the injustices and economic challenges faced by the people," Bhachar stated. The opposition's decision underscores their growing discontent with the current political and economic situation, signaling heightened tensions within the province.
