The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Saturday refuted reports circulating on various news portals regarding the issuance of series of the plastic banknotes.  Reports about the issuance of plastic banknotes have been circulating on various news portals. The channel reported that the State Bank of Pakistan strongly rejects these reports as baseless and unsubstantiated.
