Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has said that a new rains spell will enter into Pakistan through Balochistan which will grip the upper part of the country. Due to new rains spell, rain-thunderstorm followed by snowfall over hills is expected at isolated places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, north Punjab and north Balochistan.

Temperature in Islamabad and Gilgit recorded on Friday morning was five degree centigrade,  Lahore 12, Karachi 15, Peshawar 10, Quetta 02, Murree -02 and Muzaffarabad 08 degree centigrade. 

Meanwhile, the PMD has forecast cloudy weather with chances of rain for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir and snow is expected in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramulla, cloudy with chances of rain in Jammu. Temperatures recorded Srinagar, Pulwama and Shopian on Friday morning was one degree centigrade, Jammu 09, Leh -11, Anantnag and Baramulla 02 degree centigrade.
