A woman, who lived with her two children on rent in a house, was allegedly raped by her house owner in Narowal, it surfaced on Wednesday. The affected woman told the police that the accused had given her some intoxicating drug in a meal, adding that she had fallen unconscious after taking the meal. She alleged that the accused had raped her and also shot a video of the incident after she went unconscious.

The police registered a case on the complaint of the woman and also obtained a medical report of her in which the rape was confirmed. The police were conducting raids for the arrest of the accused identified as Rafique.However, the police claimed that the affected woman had shot the video of her rape herself so that she could occupy the house of the accused through blackmailing. “The woman has also been found guilty in the matter. She too will be nominated in the challan,” police said.
