Motorway (M-2) was opened on Wednesday for traffic after 16 hours of closure as fog withered away on Wednesday. According to the motorways police, M-2 was opened after the visibility improved on the road. However, Lahore-Sialkot Motorway (M-11) was still closed due to fog. Lahore-Multan Motorway was also closed from Faizpur to Rajana. Motorway (M-4) was also closed from Pindi Bhatian to Abdul Hakeem. Motorway (M-5) was also closed due to fog.
