The mock exercise has been held in DPO office here to keep the forces alert to meet such emergency situation.  Police, Elite force, Rescue 1122, Bomb Disposal Squad and other security forces took part in the mock exercise.  The mock exercise included supposed attack of terrorists and action of security forces against them.  District Police Officer (DPO) Capt (Ra) Bilal Iftikhar Kiani appreciated the participants of the exercises and said that the goal of such exercise s was to keep the forces alert to meet such emergency situation.  He said the initiative improve coordination among different sectors and timely response in emergency situation.  The DPO said that supervisory staff must focus to ensure police officers alert and to improve patrolling of security forces.
