Mirpur Central Jail Superintendent Syed Yasir Sarfraz Kazmi passed away due to cardiac arrest on late Tuesday night. “Syed Yasir Sarfaraz Kazmi was brought to the hospital late at night when he died of cardiac arrest,” District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital Medical Superintendent (MS) Dr Amir Aziz said. Syed Yasir Sarfraz Kazmi was one of the most competent officers in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
