Minister for Planning Ahsan Iqbal has emphasized that information and media literacy should be integrated into the curriculum to promote responsible social media use among youth. Addressing the National Curriculum Summit in Islamabad , he said that the enemies of Pakistan are using social media to spread anarchy and disruption in the country. 

He stressed that the younger generation must be educated to make responsible and informed choices. The Minister also noted the growing influence of artificial intelligence across all sectors, highlighting the urgent need for children to engage in hands-on and experimental learning.
