A monument commemorating ‘Marka-e-Haq’ is nearing completion at Buggy Park, on main Mall Road is expected to be finalized in the first week of May. The stunning monument is being constructed to pay tribute to the martyrs and ghazis of Operation Bunyan-al-Marsoos, highlighting their sacrifices for the country. According to the details, FWO is constructing the monument, work on which is progressing at a steady pace.
The monument symbolizes national unity, resolve and the collective spirit to stand firm against challenges, and represents more than just a physical structure. The monument has been designed with a prominent height and structure to ensure visibility from three major traffic directions, including GT Road, Kachehri Chowk and Mall Road, making it a central visual landmark in the area. The monument is likely to become a significant and historic addition to the city’s landscape. The historic Marka e Haq remains a symbol of decisive victory during the war in May last year which established conclusive superiority of Pakistan Armed Forces over land and air.
