A body of a young man was found in the Rakh Branch canal within the limits of Roshanwala Police Station on Tuesday.According to a spokesperson for Rescue 1122,passersby spotted a corpse floating in the canal near Roshanwala Jhall on Samundri road and alerted the authorities.

Rescue teams rushed to the scene and retrieved the body of a man,believed to be around 35 years old.Police also reached the spot and shifted the body into custody, while efforts were underway to ascertain the identity of the deceased,the spokesperson added.
