A pitiless person tortured his wife to death over domestic disputes here, police said on Wednesday. According to details, accused Riaz Ahmed hailing from Qabarkot area of Kasur Khuddian Khas police station jurisdiction brutally tortured his wife over domestic issues. The torture resulted in death of 28-year-old Nazia Bibi on the spot and the culprit escaped the scene of crime. Getting the information of incident, police reached the scene and shifted the body to District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital, Kasur. A case was also registered against murderer Riaz Ahmed and raids were being conducted for his arrest.
