Sandha police in Lahore have arrested a ‘deranged’ man for digging out corpses of freshly buried children and throwing them out in the open, police said on Wednesday. Accused Mani has so far taken out five corpses of children from their freshly dug graves.  According to police, the accused seems to have been suffering from some kind of mental disorder. They did not suspect signs of necrophilia in him so far. According to the initial statement given by the accused, he was against putting soil on children’s graves.Police said the accused would take out the bodies of children from their graves after a few hours of their burial and put their bodies in the open at a distance of 10-15 yards away. Police said that surprisingly the accused himself would contact the heirs of the dead children and inform them of his vile act of digging out the bodies of their freshly buried young ones. Police registered a case against the accused under section 297 and started an investigation.
