A wapda lineman died after he fell down ladder after removing a fault on HT pole in Nowshera Virkan, Gapco sub-division on Sunday. According to SDO Fahad Hussain, the 51-year-old lineman Muhammad Arshad while climbing down of ladder after repairing the power line on HT pole slipped and came down on ground. He was rushed to District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital in critical condition but succumbed to wounds during treatment. XEX Gapco Division Nowshera Virkan Mohsin Ali along with SDO Fahad Hussain visited the residence of deceased and condoled with family. Funeral prayers of the deceased was attended by large number of people including wapda officials.
