Lahore High Court Justice Shahbaz Ali Rizvi has rescued from hearing the petition of PTI leader Ch Pervez Elahi and sent the case to Chief Justice Lahore High Court on Wednesday. Former Punjab Chief Minister and PTI leader moved Lahore High Court demanding the list of cases registered against him and urged the court that he should not be arrested in unknown case till the provision of the list. LHC Justice Syed Shahbaz Ali Rizvi refused to listen the petition and moved the file of PTI leader back to Chief Justice Lahore High Court Malik Shahzad Ahmed Khan.
