The Lahore High Court on Wednesday declared the master plan of Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) as illegal. Justice Shahid Karim remarked that how can master plan be made without taking Non-Objection Certificate (NOC) from environment department? Justice Shahid Karim further remarked that the master plan was made first and the regulations made later, which is illegal.
