"How can he be part of a two-thirds majority in an assembly he doesn’t believe in?" Khosa questioned, expressing concern over Rehman’s support for a constitutional change that he previously opposed. To clarify internal party communications, Khosa suggested appointing Bushra Bibi, Imran Khan's wife, as the focal person to streamline messages amidst conflicting statements from party members.

He highlighted the current confusion within the PTI ranks, where various leaders have been expressing differing views on the amendment and the party's direction. Looking ahead, Khosa speculated that Imran Khan's release might coincide with the outcome of the upcoming U.S. presidential election, suggesting that Donald Trump's potential victory could influence Khan's fate. He stated, "Donald Trump's chances of winning the elections are bright, and he could play a role in the release of Imran Khan once elected."
