Two people were shot dead over land dispute in tehsil Muridke of Sheikhupura, police said on Saturday. According to details, the incident took place in village Akbarian of Narang Mandi where accused gunned down two members of rival group with whom they were in dispute over ownership of a piece of land. The culprits fled the scene after committing the dual murder. The bodies were shifted to hospital for postmortem and police after registering a case into the incident started raids to arrest the culprits.
