The people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have strongly rejected the misleading narrative of Fitna al-Khawarij.The province's people have publicly dissociated themselves from terrorist relatives and declared their full support for the armed forces. Resident of Bannu District, Wazir Iqbal publicly announced complete disassociation from his terrorist son, Khariji Shakirullah.

During a press conference at the Bannu Press Club, he stated that they have no connection with the good or bad actions of Khariji Shakirullah or his anti-state activities. Wazir Iqbal emphasized that they stand shoulder to shoulder with the state institutions, the Armed Forces and the Government and are fully ready to provide all possible support.
