The protective bail request of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has been approved until March 5. A hearing on the protective bail plea was conducted by a Peshawar High Court bench comprising Justice Sahibzada Asadullah and Justice Salahuddin.  The petitioner's lawyer and the Advocate General appeared in court, but the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa could not attend. 

The court stated that the petitioner's presence is mandatory as per the law. "We will adjourn the hearing, but the petitioner must appear in person for the protective bail request," the court remarked.  Subsequently, the court approved Ali Amin Gandapur's protective bail request until March 5 and adjourned the hearing.
