A drug addict cut off his wife's head with a knife, then killed a mediator and then turned the knife on himself over a domestic dispute in Bit Mir Hazar Khan area of Jatoi town in Sindh, police said on Thursday.  According to police husband Baqir slaughtered his wife's neck and also stabbed his own neck after killing the mediator who tried to calm the situation. The police said both the husband, his wife and rescuer died during the bloody quarrel. The local police reached the spot and shifted the bodies to a hospital for post-mortem.
