The Indus River System Authority (IRSA) released 412,600 cusecs water from various rim stations on Thursday with inflow of 523,400 cusecs. As per data released by IRSA, water level in River Indus at Tarbela Dam was 1530.00 feet and was 132.00 feet higher than its dead level of 1,398 feet. Water inflow and outflow in the dam was recorded as 318,000 cusecs and 236,900 cusecs respectively. Water level in River Jhelum at Mangla Dam was 1203.05 feet, which was 155.05 feet higher than its dead level of 1,050 feet. The inflow and outflow of water was recorded 39,700 cusecs and 10,000 cusecs respectively. The release of water at Kalabagh, Taunsa, Guddu and Sukkur was recorded as 286,200, 194,800, 143,000 and 79,100 cusecs respectively. Similarly, from River Kabul, a total of 96,600 cusecs of water released at Nowshera and 43,100 cusecs released from River Chenab at Marala.
