November 02, 2022

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan will reach Rawalpindi on November 10 according to the new schedule of the long march. PTI Secretary General Asad Umar tweeted on Wednesday that the party workers from across the country would reach Islamabad on November 11. On the other hand, the long march will resume its journey towards Islamabad from Aziz Cross Bypass Chowk, Gujranwala on Wednesday (today). A lack of interest is shown by the PTI workers, for the workers are nowhere to be seen at Aziz Cross Bypass Chowk. The educational institutions in the city are closed for the third day. Punjab police are giving special protocol to Imran Khan as more than 40 police vehicles are escorting the long march. The Punjab government has also released Rs50 million worth of funds to the police to meet their expenses during the long march.
