The Islamabad High Court has scheduled a hearing for the petition filed by PTI founder Imran Khan seeking uninterrupted jail visits. During the hearing, Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court Aamer Farooq addressed the objections raised by the Registrar's Office. Imran Khan's lawyer, Shoaib Shaheen, represented him in court. The court directed the removal of objections, assigned a number to the petition, and scheduled the case for a hearing. The court inquired why the Registrar's Office had raised objections about making a Major and Colonel parties to the case. The lawyer clarified that they had not made a Major or Colonel a party, but had instead included the Ministry of Defense, attaching previous court orders as well. Subsequently, the court ordered the removal of objections, numbering of the petition, and scheduled the case for hearing the next day.
