The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday returned the petition, seeking implementation on five per cent quota reserved for women in the general elections, to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) with the direction to give decision on it as per law. IHC Chief Justice (CJ) Justice Aamer Farooq heard the case. The court gave the order on the petition filed by Naeem Ahmad Mirza.
