The Islamabad High Court has released a written decision regarding the petition for the recovery of Sanam Javed. The decision, authored by Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb, states that the Attorney General informed the court that Sanam Javed will not be arrested in any case. Furthermore, the Balochistan police will not seek a transit remand for her. According to the Attorney General, Sanam Javed is free to return to her home in Punjab. The petitioner expressed satisfaction with the assurances provided by the Attorney General. The court concluded the petition for Sanam Javed's recovery, advising her to exercise caution in her social media statements. Her lawyer assured the Islamabad High Court that Sanam Javed would adhere to this advice.
