Tenants tortured to death the house owner over dispute of rent here on Saturday, police said. According details, an exchange of hot words took place between the house owner and tenants over non-payment of rent in Bahawalnagar. The tenants severely tortured the house owner which resulted in his instant death. The culprits fled the scene and body was shifted to hospital for postmortem. The police registered a case into the incident and started raids to arrest the culprits.
