Federal Minister for Railways Hanif Abbasi has categorically ruled out any talks with terrorists.Addressing a news conference in Quetta, he vowed to pursue terrorists relentlessly, both within the country and abroad.He said Jaffar Express would start its journey for Peshawar from today and strict security arrangements have been made for the train. The Minister said special measures have been taken for the security of trains and in this connection five hundred personnel of Railway Police will be recruited, of which seventy percent would be deployed in Balochistan.
