Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi on Saturday said the province is fully prepared for investment, development and modern business activities, adding that KP holds strong potential to play a central role in the national and regional economy. He expressed these views while addressing the soft launch ceremony of the 12th edition of Pakistan International Property Expo (PIPEX) held at Governor House.

The event was attended by investors, developers, members of the business community and representatives from various walks of life. The Governor said the Pakistan International Property Expo, scheduled to be held in Peshawar in April, would serve as an effective economic platform to promote investment and business networking.

He said that after successful editions in international cities including Riyadh, Al Khobar, Dammam and Jeddah, the holding of its 12th edition in Peshawar reflects the growing investment opportunities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the improving business climate in the province.

Faisal Karim Kundi said there are vast opportunities for investment in real estate, housing, tourism, Special Economic Zones and infrastructure sectors in the province. He emphasized that these opportunities should be utilized under the principles of transparency, effective planning and sustainable development to ensure long-term economic growth.
