Three bogies of a goods train derailed near Faqirabad area of Attock on Wednesday suspending the railway traffic. According to railway administration, three bogies of goods train derailed on Rawalpindi-Peshawar track. The Quetta bound Jaffar Express coming from Peshawar was stopped on Attock railway station due to closure of track. Meanwhile, Rawalpindi-Multan Thal Express was stopped at Hassanabdal railway station. The railway traffic was later restored after clearance of the track.
