A girl killed her father who allegedly raped her in Gujjarpura area of Lahore on Friday. A girl, Amna, told police that her father committed the abominable act of incest with her. She alleged that she shot him dead because he had raped her. She further told police that her father had subjected her to sexual abuse previously also. Police took the pistol used in the crime in their possession and started an investigation from the girl. In another incident, a man was stabbed to death while another sustained injuries during a scuffle between two groups in the Thokar Niaz Beg area of Lahore. Reportedly, some people belonging to two groups indulged in a brawl. A man was stabbed to death and his brother got wounded during the fight. The slain was identified as Farooq. The dead and injured were shifted to a local hospital.
