Hajj registration for 2027 was set into motion on Monday, and all Pakistani nationals who are living abroad can also register for the pilgrimage.Talking with the media men at the launching ceremony in Islamabad, Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Mohammad Yousaf said that with the collaboration of the National IT Board, the Hajj has now been digitalized. He said “We are taking measures to make Hajj more transparent.” Sardar Yousaf said that registration is free of cost.
The registration process is started on a “first come first serve” basis. All the government and private Hajj pilgrims are bound to get themselves registered. A valid passport till November 26, 2026, is mandatory for registration for Hajj 2027. All the members of the same family are eligible to get themselves registered online from their residence. After registration, the selection process of the government and private Hajj schemes will start. The government advised Hajj pilgrims to get themselves registered within the specified time.
