Four people were killed while eight were injured in clash between two tribes near Paryalu in Khairpur.According to police, heavy exchange fire continued between Ulra and Jatoi groups.  Police said the bodies of the slain yet to be identified and the condition of two of the injured is said to be critical.A heavy contingent of police reached the spot under the supervision of SSP Khairpur.

SSP Hassan Sardar Niazi said the tense situation in the area has been brought under control and the police have launched an operation. Meanwhile, two people were killed in firing incident at Jhang Road in Gojra on Thursday. According to police, two people who came to appear in court, 50-year-old Tauseef and 30-year-old Hassan, were shot dead near Allied Bank on Jhang Road.

Rafi and four other accused shot and killed both of them and a passerby was injured.Bodies and injured shifted to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital. Police reached the spot and started initial legal proceedings.  The deceased belong to Chak 303, JB Kathur and there is a long-standing enmity between the two parties.  Firing in the middle of the city causes panic among the citizens.
