Five drug pushers were arrested and narcotics recovered from their possession during separate actions in different areas of Rawalpindi, police said on Thursday. According to details, Sadiqabad, RA Bazaar, Rawat and Chakri police of Rawalpindi launched crackdown against drug peddlers in their jurisdictions. During separate actions, five drug pushers including Fiaz, Arslam, Mehmood, Taimoor and Rehmat were arrested besides recovery of 2.8 kilogram hashish and 80 gram methamphetamine (Ice) from their possession. Division SPs vowed to continue actions against drug peddlers and bringing them to net.
