Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) Chairman, Malik Tahsin Awan on Wednesday has announced the introduction of five state-of-the-art mobile laboratories in the Metering and Testing (M&T) department with aims to enhance customer convenience and operational efficiency.

According to media reports, during a visit to the M&T department, Chairman Malik Tahsin Awan highlighted the significance of this initiative, emphasizing that it would significantly reduce the time required for meter inspections, allowing customers to receive results within a day. The mobile labs promise improved efficiency and accuracy, saving valuable time for both FESCO and its customers.

Chairman Awan inspected the M&T laboratory and urged staff to prioritize inspecting faulty meters and promptly issuing results to sub-divisions. In a meeting with the Project Management Unit, he emphasized the timely completion of development projects, such as new grids and transmission lines, to benefit residential, commercial, and industrial users.

Chief Engineer Development, Manoor Hussain, assured rapid progress on all projects. This initiative reflects FESCO's commitment to modernizing its services, enhancing customer satisfaction, and streamlining operations for faster and more accurate meter inspections.
