A citizen annoyed over inflated electricity bill brutally tortured an employee of Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) here on Thursday. According to details, a FESCO employee visited the residence of a consumer in Mela Town of Sargodha to handover the electricity bill. The citizen questioned the FESCO employee for high electricity bill which led to exchange of hot words between the two. The consumer got furious and he soundly thrashed the FESCO employee with kicks and fists. The police arrested the citizen and after registering a case into the incident started investigations.
