The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (Fesco) caught 10 people accused of electricity theft in Sargodha on Wednesday. Fesco officials conducted raids in various areas of the city, including Zainpur, Khan Muhammad Wala, and Davispur. The accused were caught using illegal connections, tampering with meters, and other methods to steal electricity. The accused were identified as Gulzar, Bilal, Akraam, Sarfraz, Azhar, Attique, Shamsher, Gulshan Sohail, Amjad, and Imran. They have been booked by the police and are facing charges of electricity theft. Fesco officials said that the drive against electricity theft will continue and that anyone caught stealing electricity will be prosecuted. They urged the public to help in the fight against electricity theft by reporting any suspicious activity to Fesco.
