Senator Faisal Javed of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) reiterated that Imran Khan is steadfast in his resolve not to make any deals.   Speaking to the media outside the Peshawar High Court, Javed emphasized that the PTI is being targeted for political revenge and that the cases against Imran  Khan, including the Al-Qadir case, are fabricated. He called for a judicial commission to investigate the events of May 9 and November 26, stating that without such a commission, negotiations cannot proceed. Additionally, Javed confirmed that PTI will commemorate a Black Day on February 8 to protest the stolen elections. The court extended his protective bail until February 10.
