A factory worker was killed as fire erupted in a fireworks factory near Makuana bypass Faisalabad on Thursday. The Rescue 1122 said fireworks material in a factory near Chak No 210 Makuana bypass caught the fire due to a short circuit. The Rescue teams after receiving call reached at the scene with fire fighters to control the fire. The rescue teams salvage the workers lives but a worker came under fire. Fire engulf a part of the factory and in result, a worker, Abid Hussain, 22, of Okara, burnt alive. The body was handed over to police.
