Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Human Rights and Women Empowerment Mushaal Hussein Mullick has stressed the need for expediting awareness about diabetes among the masses. While addressing a ceremony in Islamabad on Friday, she expressed serious concern over growing number of diabetic patients in the country saying that access to best medical facilities is a basic right of every citizen. Mushaal Mullick called for efforts to raise awareness among mothers about their children’s diets, emphasizing the profound impact on the health of future generations. The Special Assistant to PM also stressed upon the need to adopt precautionary measures for protection from diseases.
