Three children among eight people were injured when roof of a house collapsed after fire swept through here on wee hour on Wednesday. According to details, after explosion resulted due to gas leakage from LPG cylinder, fire erupted in a house located in Chak No.202-RB Ghatti, Jhumra road of Faisalabad. The roof of house caved in due to fire burying the eight people of family under the debris. The Rescue 1122 team reached the scene and pulled out Asad Mushtaq 33, Qaiser Mushtaq 35, Ali Hassan 40, Raheela Ali Hassan 27, Firdous Qaiser 07, Abbas Ali Hassan 06, Usman Qaiser 02, from the rubble and shifted them to Allied Hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, a case into the incident was registered at Millat Town police station and investigation was kicked off.
