Eligible voters, including government employees on duty away from their constituencies and incarcerated individuals, were directed to complete the voting process by January 22. Application forms for postal ballots are available for download on the Election Commission's website. The provision extends to government employees and their families, ensuring access to voting for those outside their constituencies on election day.
