An over speeding dumper crushed a mentally retarded woman to death here, police said on Monday. According to details, body of a mentally retarded woman later identified as Niaz Bibi killed after crushed to death by unidentified dumper was found from suburbs of Murree. The body was handed over to heirs after legal formalities and police after registering a case against unidentified dumper driver started efforts for his arrest.
