The police arrested an alleged drug dealer and recovered hashish 1,800 grams during a crackdown against narcotics in the Noor Shah area, the officials sources said on Monday. According to a police spokesperson , the operation was carried out as part of an ongoing district-wide campaign against drug traffickers launched on the directives of DPO Sahiwal, Muhammad Usman Tipu.
A police team under the supervision of Station House Officer (SHO), Noor Shah Police Station conducted the raid and arrested the suspect, identified as Razaq. The police recovered hashish 1.8 kilograms from his possession. The police registered a case against the accused and started investigation.
