Balochistan Caretaker Chief Minister Mir Ali Mardan Khan Domki has appreciated the World Health Organization (WHO) for its cooperation in provision of better health facilities in the province. He was talking to a WHO delegation led by its Representative in Pakistan Dr Palitha Mahipla which called on him in Quetta on Tuesday. Speaking on the occasion, Mir Ali Mardan Khan Domki said that collaborative initiatives to enable and strengthen the healthcare system would significantly improve the health sector, from the coronavirus pandemic to the flood disasters. He said that the WHO's role has been crucial for the improvement of the health sector. The Chief Minister said that the caretaker provincial government is committed to providing all kinds of support to the World Health Organization which is an important working partner of the provincial government.
