The Lahore police have advised business community to be careful and acquire complete data before hiring domestic helpers after two servants were found involved in high-profile kidnapping for ransom cases otherwise they will have to face the scarcity. Police informed that driver of Hashmat Kamal, CEO of private company abducted from Davis road was found mastermind in the case. Accused Abdul Rehman along with his two accomplice kidnapped Hashmat Kamal and received Rs18 million ransom for his release. On the other hand, sending a letter of Rs30 million ransom to a trader of Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate in the name of defunct organization was also an employee of the company who copied the format of letter of banned outfit from internet. The police have arrested both culprits besides recovering huge sum of money and arms from their possession.
