The 20th death anniversary of renowned comedian, film and stage actor Akhtar Hussain known as Albela was observed on Wednesday. He was born on 21st September, 1940 in Gojra. In a career spanning over 50 years, he performed in numerous Films and Television and Theater plays. Albela died in Lahore on this day in 2004. Born in Gojra, Mr Albela came to Lahore at a very young age to become an actor. He performed in numerous television and theatre plays in his career spanning over 50 years. Some of his famous films include Bharya Mela, Baoo Gi, Ishq Nachaway Gali Gali, Ucha Naa Pyar Da and Badnam.
