In the financial fraud case involving Fawad Chaudhry, the District and Sessions Courts in Islamabad have slated February 10 as the date for filing the charge sheet. The proceedings unfolded in the District Court, with Judge Dr. Muhammad Sohail presiding over the hearing. During the court session, Fawad Chaudhry, the accused in the financial fraud case accused of misappropriating 50 lakh rupees from a citizen, was presented before Judge Dr. Muhammad Sohail. The defense counsel for Chaudhry requested the court to remove the handcuffs in the courtroom. In response, the judge instructed that the handcuffs could be opened if there were no objections. Fawad Chaudhry, in his plea to the court, expressed a desire to meet with family and lawyers. The court granted permission for the requested meeting. Subsequent to the completion of the hearing, the court adjourned the case and scheduled the date for the filing of the charge sheet against Fawad Chaudhry in the financial fraud case for February 10.
