Commuters have lauded the decision of Pakistan Railways to restore Multan-Karachi Bahauddin Zakariya Express from June 01. Talking to INP on Friday, they were of the view that restoration of Bahauddin Zakariya Express will lessen the sufferings of the travelers. They also demanded Pakistan Railway to improve facilities in the train so that commuters will prefer using the serving instead of travelling by buses of private buses which cost them a lot.

It should be mentioned that Pakistan Railways keeping in view the requirements of the passengers has announced to restore Bahauddin Zakariya Express from 1st June. The train will depart from Karachi City station at 6 PM and while travelling through Hyderabad, Nawabshah, Rohri, Rahimyar Khan, Khanpur and Bahawalpur will arrive at Multan station on next day at 10:46 Am. Bahauddin Zakariya Express will offer AC Business, AC Standard and Economy Class facilities to passengers.
