The Ministry of Interior has formed a committee to investigate the issuance of more than 12,000 Pakistani passports to Afghan nationals. According to media reports, the committee, which is headed by the Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, will also include senior officers of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA). Director General (DG) Passport would be convener of the committee.
