A schoolteacher tortured an 11-year-old student of the fourth class for going to drink water from the classroom without permission in Chunian, father of the child said Wednesday. Father of the victim student alleged that teacher named Zahid has tortured his son Luqman which tantamount to atrocity. He said the teacher tortured his son with slaps, punches and baton. The father of the victim child filed an application against the teacher in the city police station. In the medical report, torture has been proved as there are marks of torture on the child's body, the police said. The police started the investigation, but the teacher could not be arrested.
